This handbook provides a lot of advice and research on a number of different property types. It deals with location, principals for investing in and choosing a specific type of property, maintaining the property, and various other things such as leases, property trusts, selling the property and developments etc. It is a great book for anyone thinking of investing in property as it shows you that there are a number of things to consider when thinking about investing in property. It's a little more technical, however is still easy to read, and shows a lot of factual data tables and examples etc. It shows you the type of information you should be looking for, and encourages you to remove emotion from what should be considered as a business transaction (remembering this is for investment).
