1. Create a new service, technique, or product. a. You have heard it over and over again; you cannot compete on product (price) alone. b. It is important to note that as long as your product is within the market, it doesn’t have to be the lowest. Offer other forms of value such as: i. Customer Confidence ii. Convenience iii. Loan Structuring iv. Communication / Information 2. Update your services. a. Keep an eye on what your competitors are offering, see if you can justify matching them b. Keep a track of your clients needs, what frustrates them and how can you solve their problems. c. Remember people only ever buy two things: i. Good Feelings ii. Solutions to problems |
