This comprehensive face-to-face training program is designed for people who wish to have a career as a Professional Mortgage Broker, either working under the direction of a Mortgage Manager, Lending Institution, Franchise or in their own Mortgage Broking Business. This intensive 5 day program includes practical Mortgage Broker Industry Induction and the FNS40804 Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance / Mortgage Broking) which is the Australia wide accredited qualification for mortgage broking. This Certificate IV provides a balance between theory, industry-based case studies and practical skills to deliver results that can be immediately applied in the competitive marketplace. This is what makes our course different from the rest - it's more than just academic, it provides the practical tools for success in the mortgage industry When studying the Certificate IV Financial and Mortgage Broking Face-to-Face you will be working in small groups to allow the lecturers to provide individualised attention for each student.
The final exam will be completed in the last day of the course and students will have 6 months from the completion of the course in which to submit their assessments. Courses are held each month in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane with course held in other capital cities on a regular basis.
